LA Galaxy has acquired defender Eriq Zavaleta for the 2022 Major League Soccer season, with a membership option for 2023.
The player joins after seven seasons with Toronto FC. He will reunite with former head instruct Gregg Vanney, who led Toronto and Zavaleta while the squad received the the MLS Cup, Supporters' Shield and Canadian Championship treble in 2017.
