FC Dallas striker Ricardo Pepi has revealed on 90min's newest podcast Football Americana that it has 'always' been his dream to play for Spanish giants Real Madrid.
The 18-year-old has enjoyed a stunning breakthrough season this year, scoring 13 goals in 29 appearances so far, despite Dallas struggling near the foot of the Western Conference table.
Pepi's form has been rewarded with call-ups to the United States Men's National Team, with the striker bagging three goals and two assists across his first four caps to lay down an early marker.
Naturally, a host of European giants are now watching the teenager. As revealed by 90min, the likes of Wolfsburg, Ajax, Sampdoria, and Bayern Munich are all interested, with Pepi handing in a transfer request to FC Dallas.
But where is Pepi's dream destination? That question was posed to him exclusively on 90min's 'Football Americana' podcast.
