Benjamin Mendy can be in prison till at least 22nd December. That may be the date he appears in front of Chester Crown Court.
'L'Equipe' defined that Mendy, who is accused of up to 6 cases of rape and a case of sexual attack, will go to the Crown Court on 22nd December and there he'll say whether he believes he is innocent or responsible.
Until that equal day, the former Man City player will stay in Altocourse jail, to the north of Liverpool, in which he has been because the quit of August.
On twenty second December, Benjamin Mendy's defence will ask them to launch the prices. The trial will begin on 24th January in Chester and coud final two weeks.
Man City, in the meanwhile, have not commented on this. It seems they'll look ahead to the end result of the trial before making remark.
