Manchester City's hope of a fifth consecutive EFL crown came to an end on Wednesday night after they lost 5-3 on penalties to West Ham.
The two teams could not be separated after normal time in a tense clash, forcing the match to go into penalties.
West Ham scored all their penalties, with Phil Foden missing for Manchester City.

This was the first time Man City have been eliminated from the competition since October 2016.
