Xavi takes De Jong off the marketplace

Xavi takes De Jong off the marketplace

Barca signed Frenkie de Jong in summer 2019. The footballer arrived from Ajax and was willing to win over the Camp Nou. However, the membership's difficult economic scenario has brought about them thinking of promoting him.

Sterling is one of the players Xavi wanted in his crew and, in order to permit it, Barca could need to promote. The English press had pronounced that the membership may want to promote De Jong in order that they may pay for Man City winger Raheem Sterling.

Despite the reality there's interest in Sterling, Xavi has now not thought about getting rid of De Jong at all, 'Mundo Deportivo' says. The new Barcelona boss thinks the Dutchman is an essential participant for Barcelona.

De Jong has shown that he can play as a 2nd pivot, as a relevant defender if needed or as a winger. His versatility makes him a great participant for any coach who values him.

The Dutchman can breathe smooth. He does no longer best have the self belief of Xavi, however also of all his group of workers. They see him as a top midfielder and that they do not need to allow him pass in any respect.
