LAFC’s Carlos Vela kicked off the 2022 season with a bang. The forward scored a hat-trick in opposition to the Colorado Rapids on Saturday at Banc of California to earn his side their first win of the 12 months.
After a lackluster 2021 campaign, the Mexican worldwide appears to have again to his first-rate shape. New LAFC head educate Steve Cherundolo maintained a careful outlook, but, cautiously fending off unrealistic expectations.
“We will have to be patient what it does. But I think we all understand what he can do. And he showed it again nowadays and he labored very difficult in preseason to get to where he is today.
