Barcelona interim head coach Sergi Barjuan has revealed that he was delighted with his side's 1-0 Champions League win over Dynamo Kyiv, but admitted he was not sure whether he would be in charge for their next game against Celta Vigo on Saturday.
It was far from a vintage Barça performance but it was a vital three points, with Barcelona winning just one of their opening three European fixtures prior to their trip to Ukraine.
Ansu Fati grabbed the winner for his side in the second half, lashing home Oscar Minguez's deflected cross inside the box.
After the game, Barjuan reflected on his first win as Barça boss and singled out Fati for particular praise.
"In the pre-game talk, as a Culé that I am, I told them that it was a very important game for the club. There are many players from the club, who have understood it. I have thrown it away for the feeling. I don't know if it worked, but at least we won," he said.
